Ariane Martins is a bartender, entrepreneur, and founder of *Drinks no Pote* — a drinks delivery service that blends creativity, flavour, and resilience. Her journey in the world of mixology began in 2016, out of necessity, when she was working as a hostess in a nightclub. At the time, she was still studying Clinical Analysis and knew nothing about drinks — in fact, she didn’t even drink. But it was behind the bar that she discovered her true passion: the art of serving.

Despite the challenges, Ariane threw herself wholeheartedly into the world of cocktails. She left the healthcare field to devote herself to mixology and, since then, has built up nine years of experience and completed three professional qualifications in the area. Her delivery service was born in the midst of the pandemic, as a response to unemployment, and today it’s a project bursting with identity, flavour, and empowerment.

“I’m passionate about my profession and I want to expand my business, open a larger space, employ more people, and, above all, offer courses for women — because mixology is still an environment that carries a lot of prejudice against female presence.”
