Solange Maria do Nascimento began her entrepreneurial journey at a time of hardship. After the company where she worked went bankrupt — and without receiving what she was owed — she took the only R$50 she had and started selling ice creams. That was the moment her strength as an entrepreneur was born. Since then, she hasn’t stopped.

For a while, she combined sales with her job as a carer, but today she is fully dedicated to her business. Solange dreams of becoming a great pastry chef, increasing her income and, above all, creating job opportunities for others in her community.
